Legal Issues and Disputes

TDS has a close working relationship with Utility Law Solutions Ltd (ULS). ULS provides TDS with specialist utility legal advice and handles disputes and referrals to industry regulators on behalf TDS and our clients. ULS is owned and managed by Philip Day who worked in the water industry for over 30 years, primarily in a legal role. Before leaving the water industry to set up Utility Law Solutions, Philip was a Principal Legal Advisor in relation to Asset Management matters.

ULS has a unique insight into the way that the water industry and other utilities interact with the house building industry. One of the main activities of the business is the provision of support and advice in relation to water and sewerage law and its practical application in the construction industry.
